Jomanda has returned from Canada to heal the canal. RuPalien is hosting yet another Intergalactic Drag Superstar Contest. GUTEN ABEND is DJing in the air. Pup BoBo the Third is refusing every command. All the while Captain Mormel the Merm is overseeing the chaos unfold from her throne. Nobody is steering. Yet the boat is moving anyway. Let's hope we stay afloat...

This is the KALEIDO boat at Utrecht Pride 2026. A floating fever dream of queers, creatures and beautiful disasters sailing down the canal in an explosion of everything queer expression can be when it stops trying to be neat about it. Messy, campy, over the top, and radically unfinished.
